Trip to Londonnnnn

We, the pupils of the 4th forms, were offered to take up a 4-day trip to London. Several of us took the opportunity, and it proved to be a great decision! The plan included a lot of famous sights like the Big Ben, the London Eye, Tower Bridge, Madame Tussauds, and many others. We also got to be with guest families in Norbury, who made us dinner (or tea, as they call it over there!) and drove us back and forth from the station to our temporary homes.

Truly, it was a really nice experience. This trip allowed us to gain more insight on the city of London, and how it ticks. The atmosphere was interesting, the people were generally friendly and nice to converse with, and many of us gained new experiences and learned a bunch of things that one wouldn’t usually catch wind of. London is of course known for its gloomy weather, though it didn’t stop our journey from being quite memorable. Despite a few complications on the way, the whole thing ran smoothly. I, personally, would absolutely recommend going to London, especially a longer trip to have your own pace. There’s a whole lot to discover out there, that’s for sure! And, remember, you can never have too many souvenirs.
